Boskalis subsidiary acquires port contract in India
Pipavav Port is an existing container port which is expanding its handling capacity by increasing berth capacity as well as allowing larger vessels to approach.

The contract value is € 40 million and the work is scheduled to be completed by mid 2009.
The assignment includes the dredging of new berth pockets, turning and departure basins and an access channel and will be executed with a jumbo cutter suction dredger.
